At Astro Jatin Pandit, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized astrological services. Each report and consultation is manually prepared with significant time and effort. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
Our Commitment to Service
All our astrological reports and services are prepared based on the specific birth details you provide. This is a personalized and labor-intensive process that begins shortly after an order is placed. Due to this bespoke nature, our ability to offer refunds is limited.
General Refund Policy
Generally, we do not offer refunds on services once the analysis work has commenced. This is because the value of our service is in the time and expertise dedicated to creating your unique astrological report.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons of dissatisfaction with the astrological interpretations or predictions, as these are subjective in nature.
Condition for a Full Refund
A full refund will be processed under one specific condition:
If we fail to deliver your purchased service (e.g., a personalized report) to your provided email address within the promised delivery window of seven (7) business days from the date of successful payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
"Business days" are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
How to Request a Refund
If the 7-business-day delivery period has passed and you have not received your report, please follow these steps:
- First, please check your email's Spam or Junk folder. Occasionally, our emails may be filtered incorrectly by your email provider.
- If you still cannot find the report, please contact our support team immediately at support@astrojatinpandit.in.
- In your email, please include your Transaction Id, the Full Name used for the order, and the Date of Purchase. This will help us track your order quickly.
- Our team will verify the delivery status. If we confirm that the service was not dispatched from our end within the stipulated timeframe, we will initiate a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway's processing time.
Cancellations
Due to our quick processing times, we can only accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately via email. If the analysis of your chart has already begun, we will be unable to process the cancellation.
